Six Dollar a Gallon fuel in Atlanta.. 31 August

I love my truck.

Finally got the ricksons and put them on. I think they look pretty good and I like the Kumo tires. The tires don't howl at all, I rolled the window down and coasted doing 55 and I could barely detect a hum. They are a little squishy though, can't wait till they break in. Now I'm just waiting for my 6" Bull Hauler's to come Oo.

ROFL @ Vaughn

Yeah I don't know why they came out so small. I'll try to get the pics posted in the gallery by tomarrow. I had a program to resize them so I could put them in the gallery but think it was deleted.

Nice wheels

DHayden

I would be curious to know how much better your fuel milage is going to be. Keep us posted,Nice truck. Ive got a 2001 4x4 3500, with the AirDog,and Edge Eze. I get about 15MPG Highway driving no load. Id be curious if those tires and rims would help my milage.

Take Care

Mike

Hopefully this one comes out better, there are a few more in readers rigs. I don't have any hopes of it effecting my mileage, with my luck it would go down if anything. Even with the BD3's and the comp usually set on 1X1 I avg 18. 7 on the highway. That's hand calculated. I'll post and let you know what it is with these after I get some miles on them.

(Seriously this time) looking good DHayden. I prefer the clean simple look of the classic style wheels, that would be my pick for a white truck.

Looks sweet, now if we could just get the cost down of the wheels... . 4k buys alot of stock size tires. :{ I like the look, just not the price and I have no other reason to do it other than looks. Vanity will have to wait

:) Thanks for the compliments :)

The price is steep but you can buy the tires locally to save some cash on shipping and balancing, sell your old wheels for a little bit extra and then your down to a decent range if the tires go as long as they should. These tires were about $70 dollars cheaper than the Michelin XDE (sp)? and I think they will be just as good. I know they are allot quieter for sure.

looks good... . once your truck is stacked, you'll never go back... . :D

Except to the car wash... ... ... ..... over... ... ... and over... ... ... . AND OVER.

Especially on WHITE! Been there DONE THAT! :rolleyes: :{

Can't believe TurboDiesel runs Miters on a WHITE truck?!? :eek: :confused:

Hopefully the Bull Hauler's will cut down some of the soot getting on the truck. I know it won't keep all of it off but every little bit helps. I hear the purpose of the bull hauler's was to help get the diesel out away from the trailers on cattle trucks hence the name "bull haulers". We'll see in time but it's too late to turn back now! They should be here any day.
