Got VIN # - How can I track delivery?

Ordered 3500 on 3/1. Checked with dealer 3/16 and they said truck already built. Anyway I can use internet or phone to check status to project a delivery?

Saw some old treads re this but references say they don't work anymore.....

Will give me something to do while waiting... .....

You can call Chrysler Customer service at 800-992-1997, but that is pretty much a waste of time. Very limited information. Your dealer is a better source for the "build status codes. " Once it has gone to the rail yard, you can track the rail car, with some shippers, if you have the rail car number. You'll will need to get that from the dealer, as Chrysler customer service (?) says they don't have it on their computer (if you can believe that).

Be patient. Once it has been released for shipping (KZL status) it can take over a month to get to you, depending on how and when it hits the rail yard. Mine was release for shipping on 2/25/05 and has not arrived as of 3/28/05...

You think that's bad, my truck sat in storage for 6 weeks before it even got released!!
