Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) governor springs

Can someone tell me where stock governor springs on a 160 pump should be set at?

I believe you could start 1/2 turn above the stud. the further you click down the stud the more RPM you'll have, also higher Idle. I have the 175 [same pump] and mine is even with the top of the stud, cheap higher rpm fix,[defuel defeat] down 1/4 turn. from stock. [confusing]

I think the two are uneven on my dually, so i'm gonna check them out. Guess i'll just measure and set them the same. thanks
