GPS repair

We have an '06 2500 with the factory NAV system. To date it has worked flawlessly. However, the zoom/cursor control has craped out. Can it be repaired without replacing the whole unit (expensive)? Dealer or some electronics place or the NAV unit manufacturer?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Mike

I don't know who your local repair station is in Florida, but in California it is AER (Auto Electric Radio I believe) in southern California. Your dealer parts department should be able to tell you who does the repairs in your area.
