Grand Rapids,MI - need a favor

here's the story - I shipped an antique car part to a fellow in Belmont, MI several months ago. Turned out it was not the part he needed, and despite numerous calls and letters, I have not been able to get this fellow to return my part, (which he has not paid for. ) I even sent him a check for $25 for return shipping. When I did speak with him, he said it was because he works as a coach for a hockey team, and travels extensively, blah blah blah... Anyhow, if there is anyone in the Grand Rapids/ Belmont MI area that could help me get my part back, I will certainly pay for your time and shipping..... thanks!
