Grandpa had a stroke...

Hey Guys, my Grandpa had a stroke today! Sucks, but at least he is doing well. They said he is responsive, can talk and seems like the effects from it are almost nothing, but scary to say the least. They did find blood in his spinal fluid so they are going to run some more tests and keep him over night.

Hope it's not as bad as my Gramp's was. By the time I was old enough to talk he had had about 6 of them and couldn't talk. Prayers are with yall!

My father had a stroke 7 years ago and thankfully there have been very little long term effects. The new treatments and medications they have now are amazing. We'll be keeping your family in our prayers.

Good News today! Doctors gave my grandfather the ok to go home, and think he is in the clear and should be fine. Thanks for the thoughts and prayers guys!

Glad to hear it. You gotta love em while you can cause you never now how much time you got. My co workers mom died yesterday and I just asked him the other day how she was doing and he said she was doing fine.
