Three things;
As soon as I heard last week who the three judge panel was that would hear the recall lawsuit, I knew the election was off!!
They were two clinton appointees and one Carter appointee.
It has NOTHING to do with the validity of the voting method (one that has been used all over the country for years without a problem untill algore came up with it as a dodge to avoid losing. ) it is simply another effort to keep a liberal democrate in power.
WHO appoints judges, especially at the federal level is darn near as important as who sits in the White house. The demos know this, that is why they are fighting so hard to limit the number of judges Bush can get into office, and to pack the courts with ultra liberal people. If you were to be able to check, I would bet that MOST of Clinton appointees were ACLU people.
Even at our local level its that way. Our last demo gov. appointed four judges in the county I served in since I retired; two were former ACLU officers, a third was an ACLU member, and I do not know whether the 4 was ACLU or not. The demo govs (and presidents) know that to load the bench with ACLU types insures very liberal rullings on anything that comes up. When thinking of who to vote for, think of what sort of judges that person is likely to appoint.
2. Davis is not being recalled for error or mistakes; he is being recalled because he got re-elected by FRAUD. He told the voters flat out lies about the finacial condition of the state---without the lies, he would never have been re-elected. When you gain office by fraud, that is grounds for recall.
3. At risk of great repitition;
There is absolutly ZERO EVIDENCE of ANY lie by Bush regarding the war in IRAQ------only claims by the bush haters.
You guys forget so conveniently that Clinton and many of his senior people made the claim of WMDs well before Bush came to office. A number of senior demo senators and congresmen(yea, including several who are now trying to claim there were none) wrote wrote Clinton in 1999, urging him to use force to disarm Saddam-----saying that he had WMDs, now those same people try to say Bush lied when he said they existed. By screwing around with the UN, we gave saddam months to hide them in an area as large as Calif. , or just as likly in Iran, or one of the other terror related countries.
Remember Maddy "Halfbright"s words, speaking as Clintons sec. of state??? She said that the Weapons of Mass Destruction in Saddams hands were the most serious danger this nation faced; that was in the last year or so of the Clinton administration.
Were Clinton and all his people lying on Bush's behalf over a year befor he came to office???
