Hello to all,

I recently purchased a new 4" exhaust from rpm outlet, http://www.rpmoutlet.com/dodgec4.htm#1

after seeing this exhaust on e-bay but missing the auction, I contacted them directly and asked if I could get the same price that it went for at auction. George said no problem, so I ordered it off their website.

I am very pleased with the products fit and finish, great customer service by George at RPM Outlet, I recommend them highly.

Exhaust sounds good, (no drone) and looks great with the 5 inch chrome tip they throw in. All for under 3 bills delivered!

last week I installed a 4", t304 stainless, turbo back system from Jegs, around $500 with good installation video. After having it a week I can say I'm real pleased with the toneand think it improved performance.

Jegs is real good with customer support and service.

good price, but how well will those clamps/hangers last? If they will work then it is a good deal to me.

Those are the same clamps Jardine uses. I MIG welded the clamp hanger stock to my exhaust pipe and welded the pipe slip joints. This effectivly got rid of the clamps and makes the install look factory.

I like the roll of toilet paper they used to hold up the turbo end of the down pipe. :D

Their ad says the muffler is "reversible". Could someone explain that one to me?

the muffler can be installed either direction... you know... reversable ;)

More specifically, to what end?

What benefits?

Sound, backpressure, EGT, can't follow directions...

they probably use a perforated inner pipe, install either way. others use a perforated pipe that has protrusions that are in the flow of the exhaust and scavenge the air to promote the silencing effect thus causing back pressure. Not a free even flow. Is that clear??
