I'm sure you have all had a bad experience or two with mailorder. I ordered a Pyrometer (R607) and a Boost gauge from DIS in May. Saturday I was fitting the gauges to the A-Pillar mount (my truck got cancelled and re-ordered so I have to be content playing with my toys) #ad

The Pyro gauge was missing the rubber gasket that seals it to the mounting surface and the boost gauge had a defective lamp socket(metal tabs inside were broken on one side).
I sent a note to DIS on Sunday and today I had a call from Randy. The parts are in the mail as I type this.
I consider this GREAT service! No hassle, no excuses, just service. #ad

Thanks Randy!!!

I can't agree with you more. I was installing a transmission temp probe and I overtightened it and broke it. They just sent me another one in the mail and it was my fault. They also have great prices.
