Great Customer Service

Is there a possibility of creating a place to praise those vendors who offer exceptional service? In a world where customer service and professional ethics seem to be dying on the vine it would sure be nice to post for others to find vendors & mechanics who raise the bar. No forum for pitchforks, just a place to praise those who have earned it.

Paddy McMahon, thank you for the suggestion. All suggestions are taken seriously and we implement as many as possible.



TDR Members are encouraged to post good experiences (as well as bad) on the TDR Discussion Forums. I'm afraid a thread or forum dedicated to this topic might encourage some of the less reputable vendors to get their customers to post "great stuff" about themselves regardless of its validity.



It is sad that could happen, but it could and probably would. That is the primary reason we have the "no cheerleading" guideline on the website.



Thank you for the idea. We'll continue to try to find ways to address this request.
