Great Service

If you are ever west of San Antonio, Tx. and need some service, I can highly recomend Crenwelge Motors in Kerrville. I was coming back from New Mexico when I lost my power steering pump. I called their after hours voice mail and left a message. Their service advisor, Kenneth Carrington called me and got me in the first thing the next morning and I was back on the road by noon. This is a 5-star dealer and I believe they live up to what it stands for. It seems like everyone gripes about dealers and service. I thought I would put in a good word for what seems to me to be an excellent dealer. They had never seen me before I drove up to their door and they treated me like I had been a customer for 20 years. If they weren't over 200 miles from where I live, I would seriously think about buying my next truck from them.

It's nice to hear the good experiences with the dealer service depts and not just the bad.



I had my truck in at the local dealer (Bill Marsh in Traverse City) for some warranty stuff. Had a long list of little things and they seem to have taken care of everything with no problems. I got to talk to the service manager when they were waiting on some parts and he seems like a real good person to deal with.
