2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Green ground wire ID

I'm cross wiring high&low beams. There are 2 green wires. 1 is yellowish-green

the other plain green. This is a late 02. Instructions are to use the light green wire but is not really clear which is which and I sure don't want to create a short. What to do?
