First question: EDGE (I'm leaning toward), 6-Pack, Bully-Dog, others... ... ..... ???

Thanks for the reply BManis. Something reasonably noticable, not necessarily maxed... . still reliable, etc. ... thinking around 100hp / 200fp should do it. Will be pulling around a 39' Predator 5th wheel this winter. Also want something that can be disconnected - got talked into the extended warranty.

Looks like the TST is more than I need, but the Quadzilla is one I haven't researched as yet and looks interesting... especially the price. Get what you pay for... ... . ?

I can't speak from first hand experience, but from what i've heard and read on this website and others. They have top notch customer service, and good products.

I'm not going to say anything negative about anyone else's products. I have the TST for the simple reason that I can grow into it. Once I upgrade the turbo, I can go higher on the TST, then the clutch, higher still etc... Why buy an EZ or VA, for example, then have to go buy something else?



Take my free advice for what it's worth: TST or Edge Juice w/Attitude. Pay once and be done with it.

Thanks berry. I was and still am leaning toward the Juice. No hurry, only have 5K on the beast and probably won't do anything until around 10K miles - or picking up a 39' 5th wheel mid-winter and hopefully have set up by then.

Hey Ronn, popped my "First Post" cherry on you. Like the rig, just got Colbolt Pyrometer, trans temp and lift pump guauges to mount on the dash of my 2500. Life's good in a Dodge------RJ

Figures I "updated" the wrong thingy. Bought mine back in March, pulls the travel trailer WITH the bike in back, 5200 miles and clickin. Break-in for me may take awile. I use it for family trips. Hope to catch you when your back here and will see you over at the other. --------RJ

Welcome to the TDR. I got the TST for the same reasons as MBerry. One box to grow into. Although, I do have a buddy that has the TST and the Quadzilla stacked, so if you go with the Quad, and it isn't enough later on, you can stack them. He also has another box for a three way stack, and dynoed at 613hp and 1100+lb/ft of torque. All that with the stock intake, exhaust and injectors. He did have to add a fuel pump to keep the pressure up. And it wasn't any louder making all that power as it was stock, either.



The TST can be bought with gauges so, you don't need to add them. It also has some new features, like a boost limiter and cool down timer. Good luck whatever you decide to go with, and keep us posted on the Great White North, since we are heading into winter. Would love to see pics from there.

I have been thinking of TST and Edge juice w/attitude as well. Probably the bucks will go to TST. Having been around the Dodge Diesel world for the last 12 years I appreciate the good reports regarding the company that have been shared on the site all these years. I also like the fact the the box is ready for alot more power as the truck is upgraded.



As stated above, welcome to the new members to the TDR. As you will find, any question you might have will be answered quickly. What a great resource we have here.
