2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Grey Lower Dash Panel on My Truck...Help

I'm looking for a new lower dash panel that goes under the steering column... Because my truck is more than 10 years old... Dodge does not longer make them and I have my brake controller, edge comp, and other things and it's hanging with duct tape because all the vehicles are made to throw away after 10 years... I want to go deer hunting this week and there is snow where I go... Nothing against any ethnic backgrounds or countries but what some crap on Chrysler/Dodge wiring harnesses, etc. Anybody got a new one ?:{
