grid heaters on 06

On the 06 dodge their is only one relay so does that mean that both heaters run together or is their another controler to it and if so if I was wanting to put the leds on them like in this issue of tdr do the two bolt sticking out of the front of the heaters would this be a good place to put my wires ? also what is the max boost with the crazy larry on the 06 stock other than the progamer? I am putting my guages in this weekend and want to know weater I should just go ahead and put in a 60 lbs gauge or use the 30 that I got. I only run the crazy larry when passing:-laf and playing around most of the time it is the tow econ setting.
