Grille Guards Anyone

Looking for recommendations on a grille guard. Do chrome finnished one's hold up better than powder coated one's ? TIA

I have a Luverne chrome & stainless steel grille guard on my 91 that I bought and put on the truck when it was new. The grill guard still looks like new. My truck has always been garage kept and of course it is always dry out here in the desert, but I am pleased with the guard. My . 02 cents.
