Last week while in Salt Lake City on business, saw a 93 with a chrome grill insert that looked really sharp. Does anyone know anything about these? Looked a little like a second Generation grill.

Yes, my 93 has a crome cross hair grill. It is I assmue stock on the LE model.

I'd like more information on that. I've seen no grilles like that on any 93 LE's.

My 92 LE has the chrome suround with the black plastic inserts in the openings. The one I saw had chrome inserts in the opening and that is what looked sharp.

Yes, my 93 is crome boarder with the crome cross hair from top to bottom and left to right. Then in the four sections around the cross hairs it is black as you discribed. The crome inserts to replace the blace would be nice.

Last year (2 weeks after getting my truck) someone decided to cut in front of my lane and I T-Boned them. Luckily only doing 20 mph but boy, they instantly starting going sideways as I plowed them 20 feet sideways, up over the curb, into a stop sign before coming to a stop. (I don't think they will ever do that again... LOL). But since my grill was destroyed, I had to settle with a plain chrome grill that no longer has the D O D G E letters on it, bummer. Hard to find dodge replacement grills. I painted my black inserts, White too match my truck and they came out very nice.
