2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Groaning noise in steering and brakes when its cold

Now that the temperature is going down I notice a groaning noise in the steering and brakes on start up. Noise eventually goes away when truck warms up. I remember a prior post on this subject but couldn't find it. Something about condensation in the fluids. What is the cure?
