got a 4kgsk kit from BD. Installed all the springs but the small ones. Put the nut back at 0. 136". Is that to tight or to loose?

took the truck up the road and it has developed a flat spot 2000-2400

can any one help me?
 
Usually tight springs will cause a high idle. I set them between . 060-. 090, and it seems to work well that way. Once i had a set too tight, but i didn't drive it so i don't know if it would have cause the flat spot. Its easy enough to back 'em down a click or two and see if it corrects that flat spot.
