What do you think for a turned up '95 2wd 5-speed?

No head/cam work. Obviously I need to work on the T3/T4 flange mismatch, either with a ATS 3-piece with a T4 Flange (do they still make them?) or a crossover flange, from T3 to T4.
It seems like a pretty good size turbo. Looks to be a great contender to a Silver Bullet?
Any thoughts or ideas? No towing, just street/strip.
