Posting this for INFORMATION for the "newbies" that aint got guages yet. An inquiring mind needs 2 know!
1. For temp guage - want to install 3 senders, so 1 ground and 3 "hot" leads needed. 2 pair wire needed - What guage is good to go from the pillar to the eng compartment where it will be "tied" to the sender wires?
2. Want to put EGT probes before and after, who has a sender/guage that will "wire" in to the guage and not use the thermal wiring? Or do we need 2 guages and 2 seperate senders?
3. If you need to use piping and vacume line (for the boost guage) will both or 3 go thru the "A" piller without major problems? And if they will, what do we need to do to prevent "chafing" of the tubes?
I never saw these answers but I think we have enuff "newbies" that there might be more on this subject than what I have read. I would like to use the dual boost/EGT guage and 1 digital for the temp, but am thinking about using 3 digital: 1 for EGT, 1 for Temp and 1 for boost if I cant combine the boost and temp (temp should read low enuff for an electrical sender that would send boost electrically).
