This is just a heads up for everyone. About 3 weeks ago at a local Transmission Shop someone had left their 93 W 350 for transmission repairs. The truck wasn't parked inside a locked fence, just parked in the lot in front of the shop and facing a main highway. I'm not sure how long the truck had been parked awaiting transmission repairs, but one night someone went and stole the entire front axle, springs, drive shaft, ETC from under the truck and dropped the truck onto the front bumper on the lot. They may have been pro thiefs as they unbolted everything. A friend of mine owns the shop.

Wow, that sucks. That IS a highly desireable front axle for 4 wheelers.

heck ya its desireable, I've been looking for one for a loooong time now. they are all to pricey.

I don't think it was an inside job. I've known the guy that runs the shop for quite a while. The shop is along a major highway, but it is a pretty deserted area during late night and early AM.
