Ummm...

For those that have not read my apology in my "My fantasy" post. This is an apology towrds Blumenthal Mfg.

When it was pointed out to me that we were badmouthing Blumenthals, I thought and said "surely not us". "We are not like that. " Then I re-read the posts. Ugghhh.

The negativity was not supposed to be directed towards Blumenthals.

Need to think more about how comments can be taken and not post when the frustration level is high.

Blumenthal is great and they do not deserve to be misrepresented.

Please forgive me... returning to lurkdom and probably need to stay there.

Karen

Karen, lighten up. Frustration is understood by all of us, or evidently most of us anyway. I read your post and it is fine, you understandably are frustrated with the performance of your vehicles. Anyone else in the same situation would be challenged to be as even about it as you have been. I hope you have a little better luck in the future.

:( I have not read the post, but reading this one brings a rule of thumb to mind. ;)

When dealing with issues that create a passionate response or concern, it is wise to back up just a touch and address only the facts of the issue and leave all personality or personal bias out of the equation or conversation. This way you only deal with just the problem and do not have to worry about perceptions or misunderstandings. ;)

My hat is off to you, as it speaks well of you to be able to re-examine your thoughts and question yourself. :D

Bravo
