You know what's funny, every time I read something about California and the decisions they make, I am reminded of George Orwell's Animal Farm and 1984 books.



I guess the Second Amendment doesn't mean the same thing in California as it does in Texas or some other states.



From the Bill of Rights:



Amendment II

A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.



Shall not be infringed... I guess that part is "less equal" than the rest of the document.

It amazes me that there's even a question about the second amendment, the meaning seems very clear to anyone with a third grade education.
