Guy's who bought in the Group buy

I'm looking for the guy's who bought in the group buy for Gen 2 Ladder Bars. I believe that there are some guy's who haven't received all of their parts? I am doing this for a friend who would like to find out who they are so that we can help them. Please PM if you know who you are. Thanks.

Fred (SlyBones) of the Northwest Bombers has been waiting for his Rob Thomas Traction Bars for quit a long time, he has sent a lot of e-mails, and phone calls, with no return messages, this has gone on for at least a month, guess I will not be ordering a set of Rob Thomas Traction Bars. So where is Rob now?

I guess I'll be the one to try and tap dance around a landmine field and answer this as carefully as I can because you will only be able to get one side of the story. So to answer your question as to if he has fixed his error it can be summed up in one simple and very easy word... ... NO.



This has gone on since the group buy and many reasons were given for his inability to make things right. I was the last one to chat with Mr. Thomas,after numerous attempts were made by others to reach him,and I was assured,by him, he was working on rectifying the problems he had created. Those problems have his privledges here suspended until he makes it right and thats why no one can reach him thru the TDR site. At any rate its been a few weeks since and not one of the problems created by him have yet to be rectified and at this point its up to those owners what his fate will be. I'll leave it at that and hope all will not make this into a flame thread as even as bad as it is now,Rob has no way to defend himself due to being suspended. I will continue to try and help those TDR owners get this fixed... ... . Andy

Thanks Andy. It is too bad for the people involved that Rob has not come though yet. Hopefully he will eventually make good on his promises.

Not sure about the problems you guys are experiencing but I have my bars from the group buy and am very happy with them - excellent workmanship.

The problems they are relating too is sending their respective payments,having them cashed,and recieving nothing in return. I chatted with Slybones tonite via phone and he has assured me once again nothing was done to rectify his problem. He was contacted by Rob 2 months ago and told his equipment was to be sent out within the next 2 weeks and 2 months later NOTHING and no contact from Rob.



I know for a fact our chapter member,Bloomy,who had won the bars in our Fall Brawl Diesel event never recieved his bars or parts and this was after his payment was cashed for the shipping and longer u-bolts needed. Again,no recent contact or attempt to fix this problem by Rob.



Helicopter Dan is another one who sent his payment and has as of yet recieved nothing for his payment. He is also another TDR member who has not been able to reach him to have his problem rectified. Again,No contact,no attempt to fix it by Rob.



I wonder how many others are out there and have yet to step up and tell us they haven't recieved their respective goods after all this time... ... ... . Andy

Anyone know how to get ahold of Rob now. I bought an aFe filter from him last November or so and I have yet to see it. I'd like to talk to him, to see if we can correct the issue.

NO ONE has heard from him in almost a month. We have heard about alot of his sightings but no calls and no restitution has been made. Some of us have heard he has bought a new pickup but can not confim nor deny it. He had called me weeks ago as I have already said and told me lofty stories of restitution or shipment of product and again it was a load of crap. He does slip in and check his messages so he knows whats going on. Sorry to hear you have gotten taken also... ... . Andy
