Does anyone have any idea how I could look up ANY website to try and find a Ford Excursion Diesel that is new and sitting on some dealers lot???? If anyone has any ideas, I would appreciate it. Wife was rear ended and she loves her big Excursion. Thanks.

If you can't find it through the Ford site or something like autotrader.com, call a dealer you trust and see if they can find one on their locater.

i belive that ford excursion, is only sold on state contract as of now in fl. fire and police depts are still getting them , when they get surplused they are usually ragged out bad... .

I thought they stopped making them. I do know that there were 2 used white ones on the lot at Tomball Dodge when we bought our new truck a couple of weeks ago.

what exactly does an excursion get rear ended by that causes enough damage to total it, especially with a diesel in it?

A 2008 Dodge 1 ton mega cab hit her and bent the rear frame and pushed the body forward and to the left side. If there had not been a factory tow hitch receiver, there would in all probability been more damage. The rear doors wont open and all the spacing between the doors on both sides are completely out of whack. There is a big wrinkle in the roof also. The brand new Dodge being delivered by a driver for the Dodge dealer had to be towed. The front was messed up and losing coolant. What makes me so upset is that on May 1 this year I had a head on collision in my 2004. 5 1 ton dually and I had a grill guard but still bent my frame and front end and even the rear fenders stress cracked from the impact. It was totaled and only had 34000 miles on it. Now my wife has this one and we can not find a truck for her or for me that is exactly like what we want. Never had so much trouble spending money.
