H.O. 6-speed....Gear Clash????

I heard something about this briefly last week..... was curious what years it affected? Was the problem taken care of? Does it affect 2001? Was there a recall to fix the problem? thanks for the help..... Teach me!!!!!!

some people have a problem with it and some don't. I don't think there was a re-call, but DC goes case by case. My 01 has 13400 miles on it and never has had any gear clash. KatDiesel will know and he'll be reading this sometime soon.

It coulda happen to any 6spd wether it was an HO or not. My non-HO 6spd had the 3rd gear clash for the first 6k miles then it went away on its own.

No,there's no recall for it,but it seems NV Gear has fixed what ever it was because none of the newer 6spd owners have complained about it.
