H.O. in california for 2005?

Does anyone know if the H. O. version will be available for purchase in Ca. for the next model year?

It's supposed to be available in January.

It has been the long range plan for a year or so now. I don't know if there have been any changes to that. I have not asked any dealers lately. Starting in Jan Cummins is supposed to produce a CA friendly version of the HO. Originally it was thought to have the EGR but many now think it just may be a software change with maybe a catalytic converter of some kind. I haven't heard the latest on this. Perhaps there has been a delay until the '05's come out in Sept.
