H.P. drops down in O.D.?

A couple of months ago, I read on here about a Service Bulletin I think it was, from Dodge where they could reprogram something in the engine to keep the torque, and horsepower the same when my auto shifts from 3rd gear to 4th. I remember reading that the HP would drop from 235 to 215, and the torque would drop from 460 to 430. Pulling my 30 ft 5th wheel I don't want my power to drop if I can help it. Do any of you know what I'm refering to? If so help my out. THANKS
