H2 wheels

Hi,

I just got hold of a set of H2 knock offs for my 04 3500. I would like to know what the exact size the inner part of the wheel has to be machined out to.

The stock H2 wheel has a ridge the on the present hub opening, does this get machined away and is there no need for one on the dodge application.
