I have an old Snow water-meth system I want to install and I have a couple of questions.

First I don't have the stock intake horn any more, or grid heaters. My intake horn is stainless and thin. I do not think I can tap it for for the jets. Does anyone see any reason I could not drill and tap my grid heater replacement block and install the jets in it? Along those same lines, does anyone know off hand what the thread size is on the jet holders for the snow kit?

And the third question, I need about 15 ft of the fancy red tubing that comes with a snow kit, I do not seem to be able to find it online... . anyone know where I can buy it?

The system I have is the old 2 stage that uses boost only to inject. I plan on running two 625 jets with washer fluid to try and get a good reduction in EGT's and maybe a tiny bit more HP.

Thanks,

John

i'm gonna guess that they are 1/8 npt but could be wrong. i'm sure someonw will correct me. post pic of your intake horn so we can see.

I was thinking about all this last night and I think my nozzles are really old. They have 1/8NPT on the end with the filter on it, but the other ends are smooth. They fit into another fitting that is bigger. The fitting they screw into are all metal and really nice so maybe I will just use them anyway, but the 1/8th ones would fit into the holes that I already have in my intake horn (DTT SS intake horn). I will have too see how much new jets and holders cost... . or just drill the heater delete and be done.
