who has a set of traction bars on here?



Im in the process of making a stainless steel set like Greg L's but a standard tap is only 2. 5"-3. 00" and the "ball joint" shank ends are 1. 75" (thru McMaster-Carr www.mcmaster.com pt#59915K26) I think the ends need to be longer but I could be wrong. . ?. . ? so therefore Id need a deeper tap and McMaster only goes to 5/8" I do have 7/8 ID x 1 1/4" DOM thickwall tubing but if I weld a 3/4 nut to the end that w ould only give me 1/2 to 5/8" to actual surface that is holding the thread/ T-Bars. AHhhhhhh Id like to have them on by the Howl but I keep running into snags

Trans lines rubbed on frame and the power steering pump was "leaking" but ive not driven it enough to see any more drips.



Id like to just buy a set of greg's bars but Im going complete stainless steel other than the U bolt & frame brackets so this set wont rust and it will be "Bling" too! Im thinking of changing the design as well.
