2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Halo Ring,,,,

The halo ring around the key has been out for a while now. Anyone else fixed this thing in their truck? Is it a bulb or what?

Never fixed it but it is a bulb.

I tried to fix mine a couple of years ago. I got a bulb and a blue cover from Radio Shack. It still doesn't work. Never felt like digging back into it.
