HAM RADIO MOUNTING IN a 2003 AUTOMATIC RAM...

I have a 2003 ram auto 4x2. Id like to mount my icom 7000 ham mobile radio. . I need some help as to what mounts are available and where s the best location to mount. I am sure there are a lot of cb and ham radios mounted in these trucks. . I'd like to hear from you guys and your ideas... Thanks radar doctor:::k0wpm

How big is your Ham rig? Take a look in Geno’s catalog at the CB mounts. To mount my CB I bent a piece of AL and custom made my mount. The CB sets vertical between the fold out cup holder and the center seat/consol like the catalog shows. I never fold up the cupholder.
