South Bend Installation

Stratapore LF3894 vs. Amsoil EaO80

I'm thinking of upgrading my 12 valve to hamilton heads w/ twin turbs and all the goodies, has anyone had this done? I seem to recall a column on this by Andy or Joe, ( My Hero Gods )and was hopeing I could bribe Andy to do the install. Any direction will be highly appreciated. Rick

I've heard the upgraded head isn't all it is cracked up to be unless you're going all out race application.

The twins on the other hand... go for it!

Chad,Chad,Chad, Atleast somebody responded to my post, Thats why I'm hoping someone will let me know. I would think that the increased cfm"s would dictate a big increase in performance as has been my experience in building and porting, not to mention simple physical law, When can you soda blst my truck ????

From what I've read and people I've talked to, the 12V head flows so much air as it is, that the performance heads out there are just more money for not a whole lot more performance.

There is something better now than sodablasting... www.dustlessblasting.com. Same owner, same company, different process.

Let me know and I can arrange it. ;)

Thanks Chad, I'll let you know, r u still w/ survey - Rick, I've seen some flo-bench stats on it it and according to THEM, it's a lot more

Got to thinking about it today and I had Hamilton's heads mixed up with another brand. The other brand is the one that didn't have much improvement for the price you pay.

Apologies for the confusion.

Having said that, I still think it's overkill for what you want, Rick.
