Good friend of mine has been making really nice knives for a while, thought I would pass along his website for anyone interested. His work is very nice and he can use a variety of materials for both the blade and handle. Not much showing on his site but he can provide more information on styles and prices.

I know that guy, I think... . My mother bought me one of his skinning knives for a graduation present a long time ago... I don't use it much, as it's got a beautiful antler handle, which would stain with blood all too easy. I did use it to skin a few hogs and an Aoudad. It seemed to hold an edge very well... . I cleaned it, oiled it, and put it away after that, and it hasn't seen the light of day in over 10 years, I guess... ... I've got less "attractive" knives I use a lot more. If it's who I think it is, one of my best friends knew his kids, graduated from Honey Grove with them, maybe?

HHhuntitall,

I work with Ronnie and have known him for going on fifteen years now, all I know is that he lives in Bonham. I do know he has a daughter not sure if he has a son. Ronnie is a great guy and stands behind his work, I know he uses alot of different materials for the handles and blades just depends on what you want. I have heard of his knives holding edges for a long time.
