Happy Combo: TAG, ATS, & Fred

My truck is just running great. Sure puts a smile on my face! For only running stock power it's not doing bad at all.



I must say running a TAG, ATS manifold and Fred the Turbo* together is a happy combination. Light throttle response is very nice. Midrange has fattened up a bit and passing power 70-90mph is quite improved. It's not a rocketship by any means but driveability is very smooth. It makes stock power quite acceptible. The only thing I've done otherwise is hook the MAP connector of my Bullydog box up to serve as a boost fooler since Turbo Fred* tends to boost me up more than stock.



TAG, ATS and Fred are making me a happy camper

I am waiting patiently for my Piers turbo. It shipped on Thursday of last week. Do you think it helps with your EGT's stock? How about with the box hooked up? I run around with my EZ on level 4 and DDIII's. I can keep my egt's in check pretty easy but on a hard pull they climb fast. Do they do any mods to the exhaust side to help with drive pressures? I got this turbo while I patiently wait for a DD turbo that is slightly used. Plus I am very interested in how much help I get from the modified stocker.
