Attention: TDR Forum Junkies 
: Monday, June 2nd we had a little problem with Mother nature. She huffed & she puffed & she blew down trees, & billboards. She tore up airport terminals, & planes. She destroyed roofs. She also tore up my rv awning & it in turn damaged the side of my trailer. That night I called my ins. carrier--RV Alliance which gave me a claim #. On Tues. I got a call from a different RV Alliance rep, (to verify address, get contact info, etc. ) On Wed. an ins. inspector/adjuster inspected my trailer. On Thurs I got another call from RV Alliance stating that the report was in her hands,. She explained my deductible, (there is also & disappearing deductible) & said the check would be mailed that day. : Today the check is in my hands. Oo. I think this is outstanding service. If you think I am happy with RV Alliance; you are correct!! I got better service from these folks after only being a customer for 18 months than I got from State Farm after 23 years! 
PS they are one of the very few that cover awnings.
