Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) hard start ??????

My truck starts hard when you start it for the first time but then it start easily if started with in and hour after shut off. Also while i am driving if i get on it somewhat hard and then off it will stall and i have to bleed the injector lines so it will start.



I going to check the codes tonight and prya that it isnt the injection pump!!!

You had your batteries and starter checked? I've ended up having to replace both as 1 battery was dying and my starter was just about shot.

Fuel pressure test , get gauges .
Pressurize the fuel tank , 3 lbs. , then look for leaks on fuel lines & hose's .
