hard starting

My old truck just started taking about 10 seconds cranking to start ??????

used to take about 1 crank. Any ideas would help. Thanks

You have a fuel leak someplace or a very weak lift pump.

Look for obvious things like a rusted line comming out of the tank, etc. as a start. (but when that happened to me it was only a 5 second crank)

Got it leak from top of tank! now the chore clean things inside and out ,also new hoses. Not bad life 22 years! Thanks JLeonard
