Hard to put into gear

I have a manual 6 speed trans compleat clutch replacement a little over 1 year ago its a south bend clutch latley I hear a squiping noise when taking off from a stop also it is hard to get it into 2nd & reverse the noise is not a through out bearing at least I dont think it is could it be the hydrolic cylinder on the clutch making it hard to put into gear ?

Did you replace the clutch slave and master cylinder asy with the heavy duty South Bend unit when you did the clutch? The factory unit will not hold up against the heavyer clutch springs of the South Bend clutch.
