2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission hard to turn right

been driving my wife's 01 shortbox 4x4 for the last week and as you go down the road it steers to the left very easy but steers to the right pretty hard, very anoying. i also have an 01 long bed and does not do this. it seems to track straight like alignment is ok.



anyone else with similar?

I have driven cars that had hit a curb or two, and had the same problem. Sounds like something is bent. Anyone done some 4 wheeling in your truck while you werent there??

Try to disconnect the steering stabilizer and go for a drive (shock looking deal on tie rods) they can have issues. A guy I know had one fail on his Dodge/Cummins and the steering would stick and be unable to straighten the wheel, it actually went in the ditch on account of it.
