I'm not sure what kind of boost you are lookin for but, when I had the HY 35 turbo on mine I figured out a way to plug it off. What you need to do is, loosen the two bolts on the wastegate accuator. Then pull the hardline out of the compressor part of the turbo. Once you've done that you can turn it so that you can see inside the hardline. Next, get you a set screw that will fit inside the hardline (not sure what size I used), put some loctite around the set screw when you put it in the hardline (a little pain in the butt to do, take your time). I would reccomend that you let it set for a few so that the loctite will setup and none of it will blow out b/c of it still being wet. After you do that just put the hardline back into the compressor and tighten the bolts up on the accuator. You should be set now. You should be able to use the PS now, b/c if you don't the truck will deffinately defuel. Feel free to ask if you have any other questions. Thanks, good luck to you!

I used a 22 rifle shell (that had been fired) and worked it over with some emery paper and it slid right into the hardline. Effectively blocks the waste gate. And besides that it is cheap. .

JR2 -

Thats all ya did was slide a shell into it? In between the black tube and the turbo correct? Maybe I'll try that, looks like its gonna be a couple weeks before I get the HX40 on. Anything else you did? What are your typical boost numbers? Thanks.

Kat,
You STILL don't have the HX40 on? Waiting for Jet Hot or something?

<font color=blue>Bingo! Well actually I am waiting until I get some more BOMB'ing money saved up. I just had to renew my insurance on the truck for a year, so that was a major setback. But yes waiting to get it Jet-Hot coated still. One of these days... ... ..... makes a nice conversation piece #ad
Got the HX40 and the ATS manifold sitting right here next to the PC. Starting to get tempted to bypass Jet-Hot and just slap it on..... but trying to have a lil patience! #ad

Sky... Use the 22 shell trick. . As JR2 said it slips in after some emery cloth work or what I did, took some tin snips and cut a slit in it and pushed it in. This works great and completely stealth. You won't get any increase in boost over factory 20psi until you do this. The PS boost module only fools your ECM not to over boost. I'm getting between 29-30psi of boost.
