Harley- Davidson, don't you know this is a Recession?

Harley Davidson is a symbol of American pride. So should be Dodge, Chevy and Ford. The only products suffering from slow sales right now should be imports. Anyone can buy a flag. We should all have pride in our country and the products we produce and support our own whenever possible.

Never been a Harley fan. I ride a VTX 1800. But facts are facts. Harleys hold their value at minimum and actually increase if you take care of them. Ms. Papa Joe wants her own wheels and we're thinking about a Sportster for her next spring.

BTW the new V-Rod will probably be a sensation as well. Quite a departure from the HD tradition, but with the baby boomers in their 50s, it's a huge market out there. Shiny side up. Joe
