Harbor Freight Tools - Quality Tools at the Lowest Prices



I was looking at these. There are lots of them on e-bay also for $69. 99, but HF has them on sale and there is a store nearby. Just wondering on the longevity. I'd like to use it for air for my horns and a few other widgets.

I bought one for $49. 99 from Harbor Freight. I haven't used it yet. It looks pretty well made. I figure for $50. 00 how can you go wrong. -Glen

i was looking at one very similar at costco for $30. . i was thinking of using it to feed an air tank onboard for the air horns i want.

Here is a comparison of various portable compressors. The one you speak of is very similar to the Superflow. They seem to work well. It seems to be a Viair and is a great price compared to the name brand.

So far it's done all that I have asked it to do, inflate my airbags on my truck for my camper, inflate bike tires, it does get very warm if you use it a lot, so it's not a heavy duty compressor by any means.

I looked on Costcos site and only saw the more expensive model, and there isn't a store near here.

I'll probably criuse e-bay for a few more days, just in case!

I bought the harbor freight comp. about 2 weeks ago. I have not aired any tires yet but the open hose air delivery is impressive for a 12v compressor. Price is decent also.
