Has anyone had a BD auto trans installed?

I've searched and read through the posts but couldn't find much on this specific question. So...

Has anyone had a BD auto trans installed in their truck? If so, are you happy with the performance increase and could you provide specifics as to the increase? Any issues? How is the customer service at BD?

I've read about some "issues" with customer service with another particular company and just wondered how BD stacked up.
