Hi, I was just on a road trip to see if there were any bugs to work out on my truck since I converted it from an auto to a manual. Before I noticed anything wrong the truck ran great with no problems, I shut it off to do somethings with the family and when I went to leave the check engine lights stayed on and the truck would only rev to about 2000 rpm. I checked the fault codes and came up with these

P0713

P0753

P1763

P1899

P1693

I know that the first two are relating to the sensors that were in the auto along with the P1899, the P1693 is just a companion code but the

P1763 is a Governor Pressure Sensor Volts Too

HI

Voltage greater than 4. 89 volts (4-speed auto. trans.

only).

So is there anything that I can do to solve this problem and is it related to the auto transmission that isn't there, would the EDGE comp I have on cause this?

Any advise is great, Thanks Andrew

What were your findings? Anyone else have any input?

Im getting this code as well. Ive had transmission rebuilt, sun coast tripple disc TQ installed, and upgraded valve body / shift kit installed. I know this is the govener pressure sensor voltage too low code which is in the transmission right?

Now, for the confusing part. The CEL comes on and get the P1763 code. But it comes on at any given time (it is intermittant) and when it does my tach dropps to 0, nothing! If Im going down the interstate it makes no difference in the performance. The only way you can tell is to look down aqnd see tach at zero. If Im at idle or below 30 MPH is sounds like my truck has had 12 thousand dollars of work done to it at Schieds (sounds like a pulling truck) and the timing is WAAAAAAY up there;like it might be a crank position sensor.

Are these related somehow? Concidence? Am I missing something altogether here? Any input is GREATLY appreciated here! Thanks.
