Hello,

Has anyone installed a pre-luber on the 2003 Cummins yet and could you give me an idea where the hydraulic lines hook-up into

which fitting around the oil filter?

Thanks, Ken:)

I believe they are just like the older trucks, the1/8 fitting on top of the filter mount, and the return will probably have to be hooked up to a swivel type deal on the filler cap, or directly into the valve cover?? Anyone else??

Usually they pick up from an oil drain plug fitting and feed into the 1/8" NPT fitting to pressurize the lube oil circuit. I had one once but I hardly feel they're worth the extra plumbing. It's not like the engine doesn't last long enough as is. Oil changes were nice though, I had a quick release coupler that let me pump oil from the sump into a container.
