Hi.
Has Rotella T6 5w-40 ever been approved for 2014-15s Ecodiesels instead of Euro lightweight oil? I saw FCA had a TSB for 2016 Ecodiesels to upgrade to Rotella T6 oil but never for the older years. I'm sure this was to keep the bearings from falling out of the engines. I switched when I saw the TSB at 6,666 miles(really) in my 2015. Good for them, good for me. I'd be nice if FCA also included the older years. I hope if my engine goes TU, they don't ding me for using better, superior oil. The dealer balked at Rotella change out for my truck.
