I received my UPS delivery late this afternoon (~5:00 pm) and noticed that my new locking fuel cap didn't come with a key. So I emailed Geno's Garage back (Robin) expecting a response back tomorrow sometime as it was already ~10 pm their time. Well, lo and behold, I get an almost immediate response back that a new cap with key will be shipped to me first thing and a pre-paid shipping label will be included to ship the other cap back.
Just wanted to say that the service doesn't get any better than that and that was actually way beyond the call-of-duty (after hours).
